2013

Its finally 2013. 2012 is really a tough year for me. How tough? Let's just say it shouldn't or couldn't get any worse.

Let's recall what happen throughout this year...

Okay, apparently I was posted to Selarang camp as a rifleman. I was really depressed that period of time. It was a week I never forget, its like whenever i sleep in my "cosy" bunk, I would wonder why am I doing here? I thank Jane for all the motivating messages and my rifle section mate Zhi Jie, Yvain, Jacob and especially Jerone, Ah Hock and Ziyun. They might not be good at their studies (for some) but they are the one who are really willing to help you when you are down. Thank you.

So after a month, was transferred to Pioneer platoon. I was really happy because i thought Support company would be a more relax place than the rifle coy. Anyway, I didn't make any friends there at first. After some time i open up to them amd we got closer. I like my pioneer platoon back then.

Weekends are basically drinking sessions with PCPY and co, supper with my PUPS and Mahjong at the usuals. Then I started partying with different cliques, spending more and more each day. It was worth it to think back to good o' fun days. I ffelt quite bad I have totally no time for my badminton friends.

Then came the day when I was charged 28 days SOL. I wouldn't want to say what happen, let's just say everyone is at fault but someone has to tank the whole shit. I was really depressed. It felt like jail. I was really scared during weekends. Staying alone in bunk is the last thing you want to do during your weekends. I really want to thank Kenneth Pek and Ah B (HongQing) for the motivation. They are so nice to bring me comics, bring in food and booking in early to accompany me abit. Ah B is more a verbal guy, who console me about how time will past.  Those days were gone anyway. My temper got really bad ever since. My drinking problem worsened and I took up smoking again. I also started learning guitar again thanks to Kpek bringing his guitar in. I am really touched that my Pups bought me a guitar for my 22nd birthday.

Straight after my charge was Brunei, which was honestly pretty fun even though its really shag. I think my section got closer. That is also the time when I see true faces of my friends also.

My borther enlisted into the Army, commando to be exact, tremendous change in him (of course the positive way). I am really proud of him with all the achievements he unlocked haha.

My love life wasn't that good. I mean it is really stupid to think back all those childish acts I've done that made me lose some of my friends. I really hope things will get better this 2013. I started drinking hardcore, almost every weekend partying like there is no tomorrow. I realised it is stupid because most of my drinking intention is to forget about all the troubles. Somehow it does but the problems still lies.

Bangkok trip once again, this time with my mother. I felt like a tour guide, dragging my mother to the usual shopping districts. Nightlife with my army friends this time. Eye opener. Came back with very bad news, causing a very big blow to my family. Those were the days I drink, smoke and laugh it away. It was really painful. really.

My 2nd year commanders came in before my 1st years ORD-ed. I thank god that there are some of them who are willing to fight for us, the rest i just leave it to god haha. Some are really nice people especially sarge bui bui (Han Ming) and sarge brandon who reminds me of my BMT PC.

Thank you SBSG (absentees: PCPY, Mandy, Jude and Aaron) for the cheery meetups, motivation messages and awesome birthday parties! It was really nice to have you all in my life. Serious.

Thank you GJE with all those little talks and advice. Thank you for all the encouragement too!

 

Thank you Mandy for all the things you have done. You had helped me ALOT in every aspect of my life. I cant thank you enough.

 

 

This is my another party/drinking/singing crew. Thank you all for bringing joy to my life, all the crazy stuff we do! HAHA! A big thumbs up to Gladys and KO!! Rey's not here, but i must thank him for his advices to life. Thank you!

 

 

PCPY and gang, those were the days we drank like there is no tomorrow.  I thank you for those days! Hope to drink/loklok with you all soon. Thank yall!

 

 

Thats Ah B! Thank you for all the encouragement and the things you have taught, I've learnt alot from you and Kenneth. Without you two I probably won't be as "fighting fit" as now HAHA! THANKS bros! ( Dang I don't have a photo with Kenneth)

 

 

My PUPS with a few absentees. They are already my part of my life.

This is my Pups! All present and I really hope our friendship can still be the same no matter who got into a relationship first. I won't judge anyone but I wouldn't want to lose another friend in this clique. I really love this photo and I hope we can take one pretty soon! I thank you all for being in my life.

I also want to thank Tai Chong.. To me, he is like my buddy, more like a younger brother to me. I know we don't really talk very often in real life but he knows when I'm really in trouble or when I'm at my pit bottom. He is the man that I can have no worry in telling him anything. I thank you for all the things you have done for me and I really hope I can do more for you in the near future. Remember anything can come talk to me aye! I wish you all the best in your love life and this year will be fucking awesome because its our ORD year!! (Y)

I wish everyone a good year ahead because I got a feeling 2013 is a good year. I don't know why but I just feel it. LOL.

As for my resolution, I did managed to clear some of my resolution last year, like...

Start learning the guitar again. (DONE!)

Prolong my online business. (DONE!)

Less vulgarities and Less bad tempered. (Good effort Ted) 

Maintain my fitness. (Not bad to be honest)

Start to really save. (FAIL)

Travel once again, to a different country (Did travel but same to the same country!)

This year I just want to have a few simple and realistic resolution.

• Less Vulgarities/Bad tempered
• Cut down Drinking and Smoking
• Start to Save for my Uni (If im intending to study)
• Get to a decent relationship. :)
• Perform in a gig/create a youtube cover

Army Half Marathon

Presenting to you PIONEERS! (Which kinda includes some "ex-pioneers" and HQ). Some are those who go through thick and thin together, literally. I am actually quite sad that my sergeants will be ORD-ing soon, they really managed to lead Pioneer very well. A big Thank You anyway! Really hope the 2nd years won't fuck up big time.

Army Half Marathon early in the morning though I was really really late. Managed to reach before the run started. It was enjoyable I must say.

Ted and awesome random hangout with my pups. Its been long.

Can't wait to meet my fellow Civilians and DeHong. :D

Singapore. Tampines to be exact. Im quite a east-biased person. I always think the people at the other areas of Singapore acts or behave weird. LOL. I actually consider living in BKK, where people are genuinely happy! Simple life. In the future? I would say Paris, after watching Midnight in Paris.

I would say 18 before NS and 20 for now.

I would want to be an entreprenuer with my own private label. Fashion never dies. Hope passion don't too..

Skinny face and good facial expression and complexion.

Round face, very bad complexion and my "Gemini" temper.

Surprisingly, I would say my first love. Even though it last for a month plus and I was called a loser for that. (I was quite hurt but life goes on.) It was sweet and I doubt I can have that kind of relationship, any sooner.

BAK KUT TEH, PIG ORGAN SOUP, KIMCHI, SUSHI (They only taste good in buffets haha!) PRATA AND CHICKEN RICE. DON'T THINK ABOUT THE DRINKS CAUSE IT WOULD NOT EVEN END HAHA. I LOVE FOOD. NUFF SAID.

Party like it is the end of the world.

Hi guys!! Its been a while! Been pretty caught up with army and weekends..? Its becoming a weekly habit for me to drink and party. I know its not good, physically, mentally and my pocket. But oh well, most of my sessions were actually enjoyable, except the fact I would normally reflect after my usual sessions.

But weeks way before, was craving for Thai food, but Nakhon wasn't open, so head up to the nearest Thai restuarant for Thai food of course!

Spicy Minced Pork! Best with Thai Fragrant Rice! AWESOME!

It has been a month since I've drank for the entire weekends, like friday, saturday and stuffs. There is even once I book in with a hangover, bad times. Been spending alot too.

One of the days not long ago, met up with SBSG for Aaron's 21st!

Ssikkek Korean Grill BBQ at Novena, way better than 2D1N maybe because of their ventilation, and D.I.Y of ddoebokki. (If its even spelt correctly haha!) Yea, I had a haircut which my BOSS didn't say anything but my PS did, so have to do something by this week. MEH.

Random night at Zouk with the partyheads. Probably the best night ever, we even start a dance pit. Ain't kidding. It was epic. Worth it after a long week after NS. LOL.

Next day after the party, usuals with the usuals as usual. MBS is so so nice. Such a nice place to chill. Just realised Singapore has many hotspots for us to discover man.

Awful dinner with Parents, i don't even want to talk anything about this restuarant. AT ALL. WHO THE FUCK USES YELLOW NOODLES (what we used to cook Fish Ball Noodles) TO MAKE AN "CHICKEN CHOP PASTA?!"

This Means War and Supper.

After catching movies with my usuals, bumping to PCPY and Ronnie. What a small world! Anyway chatted for almost 3 hours, could be longer as usual, but we just got old i guess. We were talking about the stuffs, mainly about life. Thats why i love talking to them, we can never get annoyed by the subject we always talk or gossip about. Maybe that is the definition of pals, i assume.
Got a ring from whatsapp, supper kakis recruiting. Hitch a ride from Jude's and off we go for supper! After all the "dispute" of where to eat, we settle down at Fatty Weng!!

Very good fried rice! Bee Hoon was unique, The rest was mmmm... okay.

Then off to Yong He!

yet another day has gone, its sunday once again, the blues are coming. HOMG need to start packing my stuffs and "weaving" my IBA again. UGH. Well at least i have this weekend to look forward to. :)

Cosy Christmas 2011

How's your christmas this 2011? Mine was great. Knowing that I will not be confined and go through RT because i finally passed my IPPT! I am damn happy because that is my final IPPT and all the pull up i do everyday for that 1 and a half months finally worked! Went back home after bookout to surprise mummy for her birthday, she was very very very excited, so am I! :)

She looks pretty weak here, and yes she is, worrying me with her frequent faints the next day. I wish her good health, stay very healthy and cheery for the rest of her life! :) Love you Mummy! Christmas eve, headed to Pin's 21st cum Christmas party, felt the christmas spirit with all the atas turkey and wine woohoo! :)

Christmas day itself was a very impromtu booking of Studio M hotel with my pups!

Pizza, alcohol, guitar, cosy sofa and lots of drinks. Love the whole day slacking and playing music, having random chats.

USS!

Prolly my best globe shot of all despite the crowd. I mean its Deepavali but seriously? Its a weekday!! Anyway, was called up to help out GJE with her event. Was supposed to run around, snapping photos, which is a very tiring job as there are hosting some "amazing race" game. Just imagine ONLY one photographer for the whole event. TIRING. but worth it! I will prolly skipped the event and go straight to the rest of the time we spent in USS after the event itself!

Thats Daphne, GJE and Me, browsing around for rides and stuffs. I really feel like a kid, going all over the different areas! Its magical! HAHA! Oh, and not forgetting the rides! I tried....

Human and Cylon! It was EPIC. each rides last around 1 min. Just imagine, me sitting on it, shouting until no energy to shout. I'm impressed with myself as I managed to overcome my fear to take both rides! And the mummy ride! wouldn't want to spoil the surprise, so it would be better if you take the ride and experience it yourself!

If Im not wrong the day before was Gladys birthday! Happy 20th! :D

Enjoyed myself and despite such a long day, headed home changed and PH for the night with my pups. The usuals w a new friend!

Bangkok: The rest of the 2 days!

Day 3, something different. We decided to shop at Union mall!! We spent time struggling to find our way to the railway station! Like Dora the explorer!!

Tai Chong's favourite waffle! He and Lee's been eating this at anywhere they sees it! Finally after awhile, reached Union Mall! I can tell you it is the best shopping experience, beats Siam hands down. It is like Chatuchak but at a much cosy environment!!

I liked Union Mall cause they sort their shops in a very orderly manner, you will at least know which shops you have been what you have not! They even have a floor just for their local designers! Thats where i bought some of my apparels there! Good quality ok! Must Support! :D

After that, headed to Central Plaza to chill, awesome cheesecake at some cafe before heading to GreyHound Cafe for dinner!

Got my cropped wine red pants and have to wear it straight cause my short's button came off. Thats my patch backpack! :D

You know you hate the feeling when everyone's foods just taste better than yours. Happen to me twice during this trip. :(

Cabbed (DUH!) back to the hotel, preparing for the night! YES HELL YEAH CLUBBING NIGHT! Finally we made time for our second clubbing overseas! This time is BKK. Crowd was good, only thing is that they lack a dancefloor. But lighting, ambience and music? AWESOME. I've enjoyed myself very much, and cheap covers and alcohol = happy me!! Oh and I'm actually surprised by my friend's behaviour (not negative kind) clubbing that night, they all so open that night! Really shocked but glad they enjoyed themselves! HAHA! Brand got quite drunk, i was ok hehe. Did something stupid but not worth saying it here, feel very moron but well i won't do it again haha!

Anyway, our last day was plain lunch shopping shopping and more last minute shopping.

Another disappointment, I always get food that sound nice but it is not in Fuji Restuarant. Such is Life.

Had Ice Monster while my friends continued to shop cause i have no cash left for shopping.

Trained to the airport and it is very scary....

...cause it starts to flood. Their drains are somehow flooding if you see carefully. :/ Thank god the trip was successful and everything goes very well! :D

Ended my trip with Phad Thai and Thai Ice tea!
